This hotel was pristine. The area felt okay all time with consulates nearby. Restaurants and bars were within a short distance. The service was beyond excellent with staff eager to assist. I greatly appreciate Kamil, Christyna, Klara, and Vallerie, as Kamil offered immediate help when he saw my disabled child in the rain. The hotel's restaurant offered excellent breakfast and amazing service.
The shower stall in the suite was unbelievably tiny. There are a lot of hotels that may be better.

the shower handle fell off the wall and hit me. there was no counter space in the bathroom. the towel rack did not heat towels.

minor issues in an otherwise decent hotel
street noisetiny shower stall
the hotel lacked air conditioning. this was a problem, especially since it was quite warm during the day. opening the windows at night helped a little. street noise and light then became issues when i was trying to sleep. also, i found one of the shower stalls in the bathroom to be unbelievably tiny.

every member of the team was friendly and approachable. they offered local recommendations and accommodated my requests . the cleanliness of the hotel was perfect.. my room was super clean and well-kept. the location is perfect, situated within walking distance to major attractions, great restaurants, and public transport.
the absence of air conditioning was a problem. the room had only a tiny table fan. it was unbearable to be in the room during the day. at night, opening windows helped, but there was a lot of light and noise.
